UCB Radio w/Matt BrownMatt Brown interviewed me for his UK-based radio program discussing The Sabbath Way. This one explores some personal terrain before it dives into the book, and I appreciated Matt’s curiosity, which compelled me to make some new connections along the way. Listen at this link.

UnWriting the BibleI joined my new friend Nick Acker for a wide-ranging conversation about my other passion: Biblical Performance Criticism. We explored how performance reconnects Bible scholarship with the Church; how performance and play inform how I teach Hebrew; how performance helps expose layers of meaning in a text inaccessible to silent readers; and much more. Catch it on Apple, Spotify, or YouTube.

Videos About Hebrew, Scripture Enactment, and Theological Reflections
One of my passions is teaching Biblical Hebrew in ways that are playful, embodied, interactive, and fun. You don’t have to go to seminary to learn Hebrew—and you don’t have to get an ulcer doing it, either.
Another passion of mine is biblical enactment—also biblical storytelling, embodiment, or biblical performance criticism. Engaging the Bible through drama reveals layers of meaning inaccessible to silent readers.
My YouTube channel WTSHebrewPlayers is home to hundreds of videos that will help you learn Biblical Hebrew, discover theological and exegetical insights informed by the Hebrew, and explore the ancient and sacred art of biblical performance.
